We provide residential and commercial exterior services in Northeast Florida, including pressure washing and soft washing, paver cleaning and sealing, paver installation and hardscaping, artificial turf installation, gutter cleaning, exterior window cleaning, and holiday lighting. We work with homeowners, community associations, and property management companies.
Estimates are based on the condition, size, and accessibility of the property as described or observed at the time of quoting. If actual conditions differ materially, we will discuss any change with you before proceeding. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Exterior work depends on weather. We may reschedule for rain, high wind, freezing temperatures, or other unsafe conditions, and will contact you to arrange a new date.
Please provide access to the work area, water and power where required, and let us know about fragile surfaces, damaged areas, leaks, pets, or anything else we should be aware of before we begin. Please move or secure vehicles, furniture, and personal items in the work area.
Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Recurring maintenance plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled with reasonable notice.
Program. Outdoor Home Enhancers sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have opted in. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, service follow-ups, review requests, and occasional offers relating to maintenance plans and seasonal services.
Consent. By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box, you authorize Outdoor Homenhancers LLC to send you text messages, possibly using automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider.

Cleaning results depend on the age, material, and prior condition of the surface. Some staining, oxidation, discoloration, and wear cannot be fully removed. We will tell you in advance where we expect limited results.
We carry general liability insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, or for damage arising from defects, deterioration, or improper prior installation or repair that could not reasonably have been identified before work began. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
We may photograph completed work for our portfolio and marketing. Photographs do not include identifying details such as house numbers or street signs. Tell us if you prefer we do not photograph your property.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised.
